When sponsoring a pet you are helping us to help an animal in need. As you can see some of the animals in our care have been through a lot and are need of some extra TLC in order for us to be able to find them their new forever homes. Some have come from abuse situations, but most is just plain neglect. Some have been “placed” in shelters for a variety of reasons and some of those reasons are health related. The most common things that we see are dental needs and altering (spaying and neutering) along with the obvious shots, worming and heartworm testing as well as special diets. On occasions, we do have someone come into our care that needs surgery for whatever reason.
We are an all volunteer group and all of our “kids” are cared for in foster homes. We do NOT have a facility and we do NOT have a vet “on staff”. We pay vet bills just like everyone else for the care of these poor animals. We are a not-for-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. We rely solely on donations and our adoptions to be able to care for our “kids”.
If you have any questions and/or would like more information on any of the animals in our care that are in need of sponsors, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to speak with you.
